About Chef
Chef Brazil received his Culinary Degree at the Art Institute of Philadelphia. He started his Culinary career at the tender age of 21 with Bon Appetit Mgt. Co. Chef Brazil quickly perfected his culinary skills and became one of the company's Executive Chefs by the age of 25.
He is formerly the Executive Chef at Georgetown Law. He has been providing delicious cuisine for over 18 years in the DC Metropolitan Area. To watch him work is to see true passion ignite. Food really is his first love. Deciding that he wanted to have a more personal and intimate setting to share his creations with guests, he created Spyce Company.
